Run LinkedIn outbound as a system, target on signals, connect a warmed fleet without pitching, follow up across LinkedIn and email, then score what books and sharpen.

The objective

What this system is built to do

Acceptance is the whole game. Run a fleet of warmed accounts, target on live signals, connect without pitching, then earn the meeting across LinkedIn and email, never by flogging one inbox.

Acceptance first, then relevance. Target on live signals, connect a fleet of warmed accounts without pitching, and follow up across + email so no accept goes to waste. Not doing: mass-blasting one account or pitching in the connection request.

Cycle & hand-offs: Build the signal list runs weekly (Mon) and starts the cycle. Hand-offs: Build the signal list → Enrich & tier: straight away; Enrich & tier → Connect across the fleet: straight away; Connect across the fleet → Run the multichannel sequence: 2 days later. Runs on its own rhythm: Work replies & book (every weekday); Score & refine (weekly (Fri)). Any other link waits for a person. Sign-off steps stay with a person; everything else can run on its own once armed.

How it runs

The steps your team follows

The workflow, exactly as it runs inside . It plays through step by step, or pick any node on the map.

Start
1

Build the signal list

Weekly
  1. Define this batch's ICP: industry, size, role, region.
  2. Build the list in and pull it into , or enrich an pull.
  3. Layer on live signals: job changes, hiring, funding, tech installs, recent website visitors.
  4. Human approval, approve the list and signals before enrichment.

Second source: people who name the pain in public. People search can't find buyers who complain about the problem under someone else's post.

  1. Write 15–20 short topical searches (two or three words each) for the chores, tools and frustrations your buyer would mention. Sort by date and keep the last few days.
  2. Keep posts with real engagement (default: reactions + 2× comments above 20).
  3. Before pulling anyone, classify each post: someone who has the problem, a vendor pitch, a job post, or thought leadership. Keep the first kind.
  4. Take commenters first and score what they wrote against the pain; reactors are fit-only. Always exclude vendors, agencies and consultants.
  5. Carry the commenter's own sentence through to the hook; it is the strongest opener you'll get.

Verify before you anchor. Hiring, funding and leadership signals count only when confirmed at the company's own site or a listing matched on name and domain. Otherwise drop the signal.

2

Enrich & tier

Weekly
  1. In , enrich each lead and verify the work email for the second-channel touch.
  2. Score and tier: Tier 1 gets deep personalisation, Tier 2 light, Tier 3 the template.
  3. Generate one true, specific hook per prospect from their signal.
  4. Push the tiered, enriched list to the sender.

Hook rules. The hook only makes sense because of the signal. Use public facts only, and never hint at how the person was found. Stamp each lead with a reach-out-by date from its signal: act-now intent within ~1–2 days, a leadership change a couple of weeks in (default windows; tune on your data).

Assign one sender per prospect at this stage, and dedupe by person and by company across the whole fleet, so no account hears from two strangers.

3

Connect across the fleet

Daily
  1. Rotate a fleet of warmed accounts in ; cap each at \~90 invites/week.
  2. Send the connection request with no pitch, one line tied to their signal.
  3. Watch acceptance per account; pause any account that dips so its Trust Score recovers.
  4. New accounts ramp slowly, warm before volume.

Per-account daily limits (defaults, inside the ~90 invites/week cap). Spread invites across weekdays (~18–20 a day). Keep other actions modest: around 40 messages, 40 profile visits, 30 reactions and 15 comments a day. Halve everything for the first month on a new or thin account. The limit applies to the account, across every tool that touches it.

Rules that cost more than the caps.

- Invitation notes over the character limit (200 on free, 300 on Premium) silently never send.

- Weekdays and working hours only.

- Warm before inviting: visit, engage with a post a couple of days later, then invite.

- Withdraw invites still pending after three weeks.

- Acceptance under ~30% means fix targeting, not send more.

Fleet discipline. Each prospect belongs to one sender for the whole relationship; never rotate messages to one person across accounts. Keep one warmed spare per five active senders. At the first warning sign (an early weekly-limit notice, a login check, notes dropping), pull that account the same day and rest it 48–72h. Its live conversations wait for it and are never handed to another sender.

4

Run the multichannel sequence

Weekly
  1. Once accepted, send the value message, give something useful, soft CTA.
  2. If quiet after ~4 days, send a short email referencing the LinkedIn thread.
  3. For Tier 1, add a voice note or a personalised asset.
  4. Stop the whole sequence the instant they reply.

Where conversations start. The first message in each channel does the work. Later touches only stay in if they bring something new: an asset, a fresh fact, a different angle. Prioritise getting the connection before leaning on email; accepted connections reply far more often than people who never connected. Size the ask to the relationship: an accepted connection gets the asset plus a soft look, and the meeting ask waits for a reply. No links in the first email.

5

Work replies & book

Weekly
  1. Triage the unified inbox: interested / not now / no.
  2. For interested, reply fast with two times or a booking link.
  3. escalate anything needing human judgement.
  4. Log the outcome and which signal sourced it.

Also triage: wrong person (a referral, so ask for the name and route it the same day), and machine mail (out-of-office reschedules to after a stated return date and never counts as a reply). "Not interested" is not an unsubscribe. A buying question gets a one-line answer plus the meeting ask. "Send me a time" gets the booking link and what you'll bring. Every warm reply leaves with a dated next touch.

6

Score & refine

Weekly
  1. Look at which signals and segments accepted *and* booked.
  2. Cut segments that accept but never book; double the ones that convert.
  3. Update the ICP, the signal set, and the opener templates.
  4. Feed the sharper definition into next week's list build.

Read it honestly. Credit each reply to the *first* step that was answered, not every step the thread touched. Compare connected against never-connected reply rates. Read acceptance per account every Monday: one account falling while the others hold is an account problem; all falling together is targeting or copy. Change one thing at a time.
