About these terms
These terms apply when you use grex.ai and its pages (the site). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Please also read our privacy policy, which explains how we handle personal data and cookies.
Who we are
The site is run by GrowthEx Ltd ("GREX", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16090644), with its registered office at Future Business Centre Cambridge Campus, Kings Hedges Road, Cambridge, CB4 2HY. You can contact us at hello@grex.ai.
Using the site
The site is for businesses and people acting for a business. You must be 18 or over to use it. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
Our services and prices
- Nothing on the site is an offer we're bound to accept. We only provide GREX services under a signed order form or proposal and our customer agreement, which then take priority over anything on the site.
- Prices on the site are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT unless we say otherwise. They're a guide; your order form sets the price you pay.
- Promotions and commitments described on the site, such as the launch fee coming back when launch milestones are met, launch slots and launch timings, apply on the terms set out in your order form or customer agreement.
Information on the site
We work hard to keep the site accurate and up to date, but its content is general information, not advice for your particular business. Case studies and figures describe results achieved by specific businesses in specific circumstances; they aren't a promise of the results you'll get. Case studies labelled as Growth Division case studies describe work carried out by Growth Division LLP, the agency our team founded.
Reports and tools
If you request a GTM Gap Report or use a calculator or other tool on the site, the output is based on publicly available information and automated analysis, and is provided free for your internal business use. It may contain errors or omissions and shouldn't be your only basis for important decisions. Please don't resell or republish it as your own.
Intellectual property
We (or our licensors) own the intellectual property in the site and its content, including text, graphics, the GREX name and logos, and the descriptions of our systems. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from the site, or use our name or logos, without our written permission. Customer and partner logos belong to their owners and are shown with permission.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you must not:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with how it works;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data in bulk, except search engines and AI crawlers that follow our robots.txt rules;
- submit false information, or someone else's details without their permission, through our forms.
What you send us
When you submit a form, book a session or otherwise send us information, you confirm it's accurate and that you're entitled to share it. If you send us ideas or feedback about GREX, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites and tools, such as our meeting scheduler and Growth Division's case studies. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they use your data.
Availability
The site is provided free of charge and "as is". We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we don't guarantee it will always be available or free from errors.
Our liability
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded under English law.
- Because the site is for business use and provided free of charge, we're not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
- Subject to the first point, our total liability to you arising from your use of the site is limited to £100.
- Our liability for the GREX services themselves is set out in your customer agreement, not in these terms.

Our privacy policy explains how we use personal data, and its cookies section lists the cookies and similar technologies we use. You can change your cookie choices at any time in .
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version on the site when you use it applies.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute about them or the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
